"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.

yes I HAVE MY REPORT CARD and I passed!I'm so happy!!I'm teacher said I'm in the top 15 but not 1 but #15.It's still ok though...But still my math went up to 90%!yes!all subjects went up and 2 went down.Oh well.gotta do better in the 3rd quarter!
